The Attendance:-

You shouldn’t be absent more than 2 sessions in the level, because that May lead you to fail in this level unless the instructor evaluates you through the sessions that you attended
Being late for 30 minutes may effect on the student in the evaluation.
It’s not allowed to bring children to the session.

Not allowed to smoke in the place, only allowed in the open air places as the Balcony.

You have to pay the fees of the level completely before the first session and in case of paying 50% of the fees you have to pay the rest of them in the first session.
In case of postponing up to 2 months, you have to do the placement test again.
Not allowed to start any level without doing the Placement Test.

Timings will be changed in Ramadan.
The student has to attend in the specified time agreed on for the level over the whole month (the level period).

The student can’t postpone the level unless in urgent cases like: (death case – surgery) and that’s after taking the approval and will specify another time to start the level according to the available times.
In case if you ask for postponing or a refund before the starting date for the round by 42 hours there will be 50% deduction from the level fees.

The place has the right to kick out any student for misbehaving.
It’s allowed to postpone the starting date up to 6 months in condition of reporting before 2 weeks of starting date for the level with the consideration of having another Placement test after 2 months of postponing.
It is not allowed to record the offline lecture, whether it’s audio or video and this option is available in the online lecture only.

You can ask for a refund for the fees before the starting date of the course by two weeks, and 50 EGP will be deducted, it’s not allowed to ask for a refund after this time (two weeks).
It’s not allowed to refund the fees after starting the level.
You can switch with another person to take the course instead of you before the starting date by one week and the other one will pay 100 EGP for the Placement Test.
In case there are any offers or deduction in more than one level, you should start the levels one by one without any postponing or refund.
Not allowed to refund the fees that are part of an offer or deduction after you have already started it.
In the case of booking an offer and not possible to attend the level (any reason from the student side), the offer will be automatically cancelled and the remaining amount will be paid.
In emergency cases such as total or partial closure, travel or sudden illness, the students’ course is transferred directly from an offline course to online to help them in their circumstances and keep their right to the course and it is not possible to postpone or refund.
In emergency cases only, the student can attend the final class, which is the online assessment class through a Zoom meeting, provided that it is on the same date of the class since the beginning of the course/level.
